the brimley’s cube paradox

 For my second unit of cure, we tried miracle berries to see how they affected our taste and learn about how medicine works on people. We also removed pasta from jelly to simulate what it’s like to have an antibody removing viruses. the action project for this unit was to make a cube with several treatments for a specific ailment. I chose diabetes, because its prevalence would mean I would have a lot of data to work with. My cube looks like this:

we also had to solve the quadratic formula for our cube, mine was 5 inches

5x2 + (5+2)x + 20 =0

10+7x+20=0

-7x.         -7x

30=-7x

x=4.3

In conclusion, I learned a lot about homeopathic treatments from this AP. The hardest part was finding a way to make the paper attach to the cube.
